Chris Bilotti is the Chief Financial Officer for The Mount Vernon Company. He is responsible for the overall financial management of the firm as well as assisting in the selection properties for disposition and acquisition in order to maximize risk adjusted returns on capital. He also oversees the accounting, financing, budgeting and financial reporting for the Company.

Chris received a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University in 2003, and is a Certified Public Accountant. In his previous position as Director of Accounting and Auditing Services for a local CPA firm, he advised many clients in the real estate and construction industry in all aspects of tax, business and financial planning.

Chris is a member of the Rhode Island Society of CPA’s, the Rhode Island Apartment Association, and the Massachusetts Rental Housing Association.
