Morgan Pierson, Vice President
Morgan Pierson is a Vice President with the Mount Vernon Company. In this role, Morgan is responsible for sourcing and analyzing potential acquisitions and developments within the Greater Boston area. Additionally, Morgan is involved in repositioning existing assets within the Mount Vernon portfolio as well as participating in commercial leasing and tenant fit outs. Prior to joining Mount Vernon, Morgan spent seven years working as a management consultant. During that time he held the role of project manager, focused on solving land use, political and entitlement issues for commercial real estate developers across the country. These projects ranged in size and scope from shopping centers, to wind projects, to multi-family developments, to casinos, to natural gas and oil refineries, and hospitals.
Morgan received a B.S. in International Relations and Economics from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He also holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a native of Massachusetts and currently resides in Cambridge, MA.
