Sarah Merrigan is the Director of Property Management for The Mount Vernon Company (MVC).  In this role, Sarah oversees the property management function of the portfolio and is responsible for MVC’s team of property managers and maintenance personnel.  Sarah has also been actively involved in the development and management of the “Allston Green District,” which is a combination of new and existing properties totaling over 470 apartment units and retail.

Sarah received a B.S. in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises and General Management from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY.   While at Syracuse, Sarah was a member of the Women’s Lacrosse team. She is a licensed real estate salesperson and also leads MVC’s Community Outreach partnership with Building Impact.
